Frequently asked questions

Can I try TREYA for free?

Yes, a 30-day free trial with no credit card, subject to final terms.

Is there a minimum number of billed vehicles?

Yes. The Starter plan is billed 3,000 FCFA per vehicle per month, with a minimum of 3 vehicles billed, i.e. 9,000 FCFA per month.

Can I use TREYA with a single vehicle?

Yes: the 3-vehicle minimum applies, i.e. 9,000 FCFA per month, and you can put up to 3 vehicles in service.

How does payment work?

The subscription is paid in advance for the whole calendar month, with no proration: it is due on the 1st, with a grace period until the 3rd. Online payment is not yet available: TREYA tells you how to pay your invoice and updates your access as soon as it has confirmed receipt of payment.

What happens if I remove a vehicle?

The current month remains due; the vehicle is no longer billed from the next calendar month.

What happens if I pay late?

From the 4th of the month, management features are suspended; you keep viewing and exporting your data. Everything is restored as soon as payment is confirmed.

What if I stop my subscription?

You can cancel at any time, free of charge: access continues until the end of the paid month, then you have 60 days to view and export your data.
